Preparation time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 250 gr of noodles (they can be short noodles or any type of pasta you prefer)
  • 500 gr of pork (preferably ribs or chopped pork)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 400 gr crushed tomatoes (can be canned)
  • 2 cups chicken or beef broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

How to make the perfect Casserole Noodles recipe

  1. In a saucepan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
