- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, cold
For the filling:
- 2 cups of ricotta
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- Lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- In a bowl, mix the flour, water and salt until it forms a homogeneous dough that is soft but not sticky. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
