- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
How to make potato wedges in 4 steps
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into wedges. There are 8 wedges per potato.
