  • 4 steaks (chicken, beef or pork)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan or provolone cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of flour or cornstarch
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

How to make Milanese a la Suiza step by step

  1. In a deep plate, beat the eggs with the tablespoon of chopped garlic and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the breadcrumbs in a large bowl.
