Preparation mode

  • Peel the ginger and cut into pieces. Add to a small or dairy pan.
  • Add sugar, cinnamon and blackheads. Light the low heat and let it melt until caramelized.
  • Put slowly and carefully the water as it blends until the sugar melts again.
  • Add the lemon juice, stir a little more and wait for the mixture to boil.
  • After boiling let the mixture cook for about 15 minutes and turn off the heat.
  • Serve the still hot ginger tea in a glass or cup and the drink is ready to serve.
