  • 2 ripe bananas (very ripe)
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 150 grams of long onion
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 50 grams of parmesan cheese or costeño cheese (optional)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic paste or garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to make a Colombian boronia:
