Build simple Christmas decorations yourself: Make a Christmas lamp
This Christmas lamp, which I designed from the Decor Cardboard table lamp, is very quick and easy to implement. The light decoration is not only an absolute eye-catcher and a modern Christmas decoration, it also lets your home appear in a wonderful and warm light – or even in very bright colors, thanks to the Matter SMART+ LED lamp. But I’ll tell you a little more about that later.

Instructions
Download the star template, print it out and cut out the stars.
Now use a ruler to draw a fold line from one tip to the opposite corner.
Repeat with the remaining tips and corners.
Now fold the lines with the tip outwards to the middle and fold the lines with the corner inwards to the corner, creating a three-dimensional 3D star.
Cut out design paper 7 cm wide, place it on the upper part of the lamp and glue it in place. It may be necessary to glue several pieces of paper together so that the strip can be wrapped around the entire lamp.
Tie a loop out of the wire cord and then wrap the wire cord around the lamp several times. Tie the ends together.
Now position the 3D stars on the lamp with double-sided adhesive tape and stick them in place.
Finally, screw the Matter SMART+ LED lamp into the table lamp and switch it on.
