The tapioca dumpling with cheese is a delicious choice for a practical and tasty snack!
Ingredients

1 egg (55 g)

2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese (20g)

2 cups of boiling milk (480 ml)

250 grams of granulated tapioca

50g of diced mozzarella
Preparation mode
- Moisturize the tapioca with boiling milk in a deep container. Put the butter or margarine, stir well and set aside to cool.
- Release the tapioca hydrated with your hands. Put the salt, grated cheese and egg. and stir and knead until easy to model.
- Open portions of the dough with the size you prefer slightly sink the center with the big toe.
- Add a mozzarella cube to the center that was slightly sunk in the portions of the dough.
- Close the portions of pasta and shape the dumplings squeezing well so as not to look inside.
- Preheat oil in enough oil to cover the dumplings and fry them until lightly golden.
