This tropical fruit smoothie is synonymous with refreshing, tasty and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 1 cup of skim or whole milk

  • 2 cups of frozen chopped pineapple

  • 1/4 cup of grated coconut

  • 1 labele of lemon to decorate

  • Mint to taste

  • Honey to taste

Preparation mode

  • In a blender put the frozen chopped pineapple, grated coconut, milk, coconut milk, mint -chopped banana and honey to taste.
