Oven Pamonha – Easy, fast and delicious with green corn

Oven mush is a true delicacy of Brazilian cuisine that conquers with its unique flavor!

Ingredients

  • 4 Ears of green corn

  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 50 grams of grated coconut

  • 200ml of coconut milk

Preparation mode

  • In a blender beat the coconut milk, milk, sugar, grated coconut, butter or margarine and corn for 5 minutes, sometimes stopping to move with a spoon.
  • Pour the liquid mixture into a baking sheet or refractory greased with butter or margarine.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake the mush for 40 minutes in the preheated oven at 180º ₢.
  • Remove the paper carefully, bake for another 10 minutes to 180º ₢ and Pamonha is ready to serve.
