Oven mush is a true delicacy of Brazilian cuisine that conquers with its unique flavor!
Ingredients

4 Ears of green corn

2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of milk
-
50 grams of grated coconut
-
200ml of coconut milk
Preparation mode
- In a blender beat the coconut milk, milk, sugar, grated coconut, butter or margarine and corn for 5 minutes, sometimes stopping to move with a spoon.
- Pour the liquid mixture into a baking sheet or refractory greased with butter or margarine.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake the mush for 40 minutes in the preheated oven at 180º ₢.
- Remove the paper carefully, bake for another 10 minutes to 180º ₢ and Pamonha is ready to serve.
