Easy and delicious, this bacon pate has a result that everyone loves!
Ingredients

200g of Bacon

200ml of hot water
-
1 little fresh ricotta wrinkled

1 box of sour cream (200g)

1 small pot of mayonnaise (250g)

1 colorless gelatin envelope (12g)

Ground bacon and fried to taste

salt to taste
Preparation mode
- Fry the chopped bacon in small cubes in a pan on medium heat until golden brown. Transfer to a plate with paper towels and set aside.
- Mix the 200ml colorless gelatin of hot water in a container until dissolved and set aside.
- In a blender put the cream, the mayonnaise, the crumpled ricotta and the dissolved and hydrated gelatin. Beat for 2 to 3 minutes until homogenized.
- Transfer the mixture to a container, add the fried bacon and mix well. Put salt to taste and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into a pan with hole in the greased medium with olive oil or oil (or put in greased individual pans).
- Cover with plastic movie, refrigerate and leave for at least 4 hours to get the firmer consistency.
- Unmold the pate, garnish with ground bacon and fried to taste and/or spices of your choice and is ready to serve.
