This coconut cassava cake provides an irresistible flavor with each bite!

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs

  • 100g grated coconut

  • 800g grated cassava

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 1 cup of grated mozzarella

  • 1 tablespoon chemical yeast

  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine

  • Condensed milk to taste to finish (optional)

Preparation mode

  • Add the sugar, eggs and mix well in a container. Put the melted butter or margarine, coconut milk and mix again.
  • Add the grated cassava and mix. Add the grated mozzarella and coconut, yeast and mix until it homogenized.
  • Pour the dough into a baking sheet with butter or margarine and sprinkled with sugar. Alise to fix.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180Âş ₢ and let the cake bake for about 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Finish by placing condensed milk to taste (optional) and the cake is ready to serve.
