Ingredients

4 Eggs

100g grated coconut

800g grated cassava

200 ml of coconut milk

2 cups of sugar

1 cup of grated mozzarella

1 tablespoon chemical yeast

4 tablespoons butter or margarine

Condensed milk to taste to finish (optional)
Preparation mode
- Add the sugar, eggs and mix well in a container. Put the melted butter or margarine, coconut milk and mix again.
- Add the grated cassava and mix. Add the grated mozzarella and coconut, yeast and mix until it homogenized.
- Pour the dough into a baking sheet with butter or margarine and sprinkled with sugar. Alise to fix.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180º ₢ and let the cake bake for about 40 to 45 minutes.
- Finish by placing condensed milk to taste (optional) and the cake is ready to serve.
