Passion fruit stuffing
Ingredients
- 50 ml of concentrated passion fruit juice
- 150 grams of white chocolate
- 3 grams of non -flavored colorless gelatin
- 20 ml of water
Preparation mode
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the water.
- Add to chocolate, juice and gelatin already dissolved and mix well.
Chocolate
ingredients
- 120 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons corn glucose
Preparation mode
- Heat the cream with glucose until the beginning of the bubble is noted at the edges of the pan. Remove.
- Out of fire, add the chocolate and mix.
- Lastly, add the butter, mix well and let cool.
Creamy Strawberry Brigadier Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons of strawberry jam
- 3 tablespoons of box cream
Preparation mode
- In a pan, put the first two ingredients and bring to low heat stirring constantly until you get a cream.

Vanilla
Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- 1 and ½ teaspoon vanilla paste
Preparation mode
- In a pan, put the first two ingredients and bring to low heat stirring constantly until you get a cream.
- Remove from heat, add the folder and mix well.
Caipirinha
Ingredients
- 250 grams of white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons cachaça
- 100 ml of fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 lemon shell of the medium size lemon
Preparation mode
- In a pan over low heat, bring the last three ingredients to boil.
- Remove from heat and add the chocolate and mix.
- Lastly, add the cachaça and mix well.
Mother Tips
In the recipes where you ask for chocolate, use good quality chocolate.
Do not use margarine in the recipes where butter is asked.
In the strawberry brigadeiro filling recipe, if you prefer, you can change the flavor of jelly to another of your choice.
For pistachio brigadeiro filling, just replace the jam with 100 grams of minced pistachio. If you prefer, you can add dye drops in green gel.
For Sicilian lemon brigadeiro filling, just replace the jam or pistachio with 2 tablespoons of Sicilian lemon peel. Watch out for shaving the lemon: Avoid shaving the white part of the lemon peel; Scrape only the light green bark.
