Ingredients

2 exasperated

500ml of milk

30g of cornstarch

1 Condensed Milk Box

1 tablespoon vanilla aroma
Preparation mode
- In a pan out of the fire mix well condensed milk with cornstarch.
- Add the sifted yolks and mix well. Put the milk and mix again.
- Bring the pan to low heat and stir without stopping until the mixture thickens.
- Remove the pan from the heat, add the vanilla aroma and stir until homogenized.
- Transfer to a plate or bowl and cover with plastic movie in contact.
- Bring the covered cream to the refrigerator and let it even firmer.
- After becoming more consistent the base cream is ready to be used on sweets.
