Conserving eggs is a great way to preserve this popular and healthy food!
Ingredients

30 eggs (approximately)

1 to 3 tablespoons of salt

3 dry bay leaves
-
Vinegar for preparation

Black pepper to taste

Preparation mode
- Place the eggs in a large, deep pan. Add water until cover and some vinegar.
- Bring the pan to medium heat and after boiling water let the eggs cook for 10 minutes.
- Discard the cooking water, let the eggs cool until warm and peel them.
- Add 3 salt spoons to a large glass jar or 1 spoon in each pot if small.
- Place the bay leaves, black pepper to taste, eggs and 3 fingers of vinegar per pot. Cover with almost boiling drinking water.
- Turn the pots up down to the heat seal completely. Leave them with the lid down for at least 24 hours.
- After 24 hours the eggs are ready for consumption (after conserving is opened preserve in the refrigerator).
