Prepare mode
- Remove the cables from the mushrooms and discard them. Cut the mushrooms into slices and spread them into a baking dish.
- Add the chopped walnuts, sliced ​​garlic and thyme (leaves and stalks) over the mushrooms.
- Season with salt to taste and cover the ingredients with a generous amount of olive oil.
