Ingredients

  • 200 grams of mushroom shitake fresh

  • 50 grams of rude chopped nuts

  • 2 tablespoons of thymes (leaves and stalks)

  • 10 sliced ​​garlic cloves

  • Olive oil (how much it is)

  • Salt to taste

Prepare mode

  • Remove the cables from the mushrooms and discard them. Cut the mushrooms into slices and spread them into a baking dish.
  • Add the chopped walnuts, sliced ​​garlic and thyme (leaves and stalks) over the mushrooms.
  • Season with salt to taste and cover the ingredients with a generous amount of olive oil.
