This drumstick in the Air Fryer crispy on the outside and juicy inside is perfect for a quick and irresistible snack!

Ingredients

  • 4 boiled potatoes squeezed

  • 250g of shredded and seasoned chicken

  • Corn flakes and/or panko flour to bread

  • Creamy curd to taste

  • Mozzarella to taste

Preparation mode

  • Mix the shredded chicken well with squeezed boiled potatoes.
  • Put the creamy curd and salt to taste. Mix until homogenizing.
  • Slightly spread portions of the dough and add a piece of cheese to each.
  • Close the pasta with the cheese inside and shape the drumsticks with your hands.
  • Bread on corn flakes or Panko flour (or breads some with cornflakes and others with panko flour).
  • Place the side by side drumsticks on the preheated Air Fryer basket at 200Āŗ ā‚¢.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until they golden and the drumsticks are ready.
