This drumstick in the Air Fryer crispy on the outside and juicy inside is perfect for a quick and irresistible snack!
Ingredients

4 boiled potatoes squeezed

250g of shredded and seasoned chicken

Corn flakes and/or panko flour to bread

Creamy curd to taste

Mozzarella to taste
Preparation mode
- Mix the shredded chicken well with squeezed boiled potatoes.
- Put the creamy curd and salt to taste. Mix until homogenizing.
- Slightly spread portions of the dough and add a piece of cheese to each.
- Close the pasta with the cheese inside and shape the drumsticks with your hands.
- Bread on corn flakes or Panko flour (or breads some with cornflakes and others with panko flour).
- Place the side by side drumsticks on the preheated Air Fryer basket at 200Āŗ ā¢.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until they golden and the drumsticks are ready.
