Fig jam has a sophisticated flavor and is quite easy to prepare!
Ingredients

100g sugar

200g chopped dehydrated figs

50 to 100 ml of grape vinegar

60 ml liquid pectin

250 ml of filtered water
Preparation mode
- Add the chopped dehydrated figs, sugar, water and grape vinegar to a large pan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the fig pieces are soft.
- Add the liquid pectin and mix for a few minutes until it returns to a boil and reaches the texture you prefer.
- Turn off the heat and transfer the jelly to a sterilized glass jar with a lid of your choice.
- Serve the fig jelly with bread, toast, cheese and other accompaniments of your choice and keep it stored in the refrigerator.
