Ensure a tasty and very fast accompaniment to do with this garlic crumb!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

  • 1 cup 250m of cassava flour

  • 1 tablespoon of shredded garlic

  • 1 pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation mode

  • Add to butter or margarine in a skillet and crushed garlic.
  • Saute low heat stirring well until the garlic brown, be careful not to burn.
  • Turn off the heat and add cassava flour and salt (optional). Mix well.
  • After cassava flour and the braised garlic homogenize the farofa is ready.
