2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

1 cup 250m of cassava flour

1 tablespoon of shredded garlic

1 pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation mode
- Add to butter or margarine in a skillet and crushed garlic.
- Saute low heat stirring well until the garlic brown, be careful not to burn.
- Turn off the heat and add cassava flour and salt (optional). Mix well.
- After cassava flour and the braised garlic homogenize the farofa is ready.
