Ingredients
- 500g of ground beef.
- 1 cup of bread crumbs soaked in milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped.
- 1 carrot cut into small cubes.
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed.
- 2 eggs.
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs.
- 1 teaspoon cumin.
- 1 spoonful of barbecue ketchup for brushing
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
How to make German roast step by step
- In a frying pan, sauté the onion, garlic, carrot and bell pepper for 5-7 minutes until golden and soft.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with the eggs, cumin, smoked paprika, nutmeg, breadcrumbs, soaked bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
