Granula Tapioca Cream features the perfect wedding of taste and texture!
Ingredients

420ml of milk

200ml of coconut milk

1 cup (210ml) of granulated tapioca (150g)

1 box of condensed milk (395g)

1 box of sour cream (200g)

Grated coconut to decorate (optional)
Preparation mode
- Heat the milk in a pan and as soon as it boils remove from heat.
- Put the granulated tapioca and leave for 15 minutes stirring a few times.
- Add coconut milk and mix very well to homogenize.
- Add the condensed milk, the cream and mix again very well.
- Transfer everything to a lid container and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
- Finish with the grated coconut over it if you want and serve the cold tapioca cream.
