Granula Tapioca Cream features the perfect wedding of taste and texture!

Ingredients

  • 420ml of milk

  • 200ml of coconut milk

  • 1 cup (210ml) of granulated tapioca (150g)

  • 1 box of condensed milk (395g)

  • 1 box of sour cream (200g)

  • Grated coconut to decorate (optional)

Preparation mode

  • Heat the milk in a pan and as soon as it boils remove from heat.
  • Put the granulated tapioca and leave for 15 minutes stirring a few times.
  • Add coconut milk and mix very well to homogenize.
  • Add the condensed milk, the cream and mix again very well.
  • Transfer everything to a lid container and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Finish with the grated coconut over it if you want and serve the cold tapioca cream.
