1 piece of pepperoni sausage

6 mashed boiled potatoes

Preparation mode
- Fry the sliced pepperoni in a pan until golden.
- Add the chopped leek and sauté, stirring well.
- Add the squeezed cooked potatoes and stir until homogenized.
