Surprise yourself with the delicious taste and texture of this pepper jelly!

Ingredients

  • 1 grated apple

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 PITA OF SALT

  • 1 piece of cinnamon in stick

  • 1 cup of sugar (180g)

  • 1/3 cup of water (80ml)

  • 4 medium sizes finger peppers

  • 1 lemon juice

Preparation mode

  • Cut the peppers in half, remove all seeds and chop them into pieces.
  • Grate the apple without the shell and without the seeds and transfer to a pan.
  • Put the chopped peppers, lemon juice, cinnamon, garlic, sugar, salt and water. Cook over medium heat stirring well until boiling.
  • Reduce to low heat and cook for another 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Remove cinnamon and garlic. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes stirring well.
  • Once ready let the jam cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  • Serve the jam or store it in a pot with lid and is ready to consume.
