Ingredients

1 grated apple

1 clove of garlic
-
1 PITA OF SALT

1 piece of cinnamon in stick

1 cup of sugar (180g)

1/3 cup of water (80ml)

4 medium sizes finger peppers

1 lemon juice
Preparation mode
- Cut the peppers in half, remove all seeds and chop them into pieces.
- Grate the apple without the shell and without the seeds and transfer to a pan.
- Put the chopped peppers, lemon juice, cinnamon, garlic, sugar, salt and water. Cook over medium heat stirring well until boiling.
- Reduce to low heat and cook for another 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Remove cinnamon and garlic. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes stirring well.
- Once ready let the jam cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- Serve the jam or store it in a pot with lid and is ready to consume.
