1 kg of hard cox

Preparation mode
- Mix ground beef well with chopped parsley, butter, black pepper, shredded garlic and salt.
- Model the kaftas wrapping portions of the meat on a plain and homogenized board or surface.
- Place the kaftas in a barbecue or in a preheated oven between 180º ₢ and 200º ₢.
- Bake the kaftas until they are no longer raw inside and golden to the desired point and are ready.
