Ingredients

  • 1 kg of hard cox

  • 50g of chopped parsley

  • 100g butter at room temperature

  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of shredded garlic

  • 1 tsp of salt

Preparation mode

  • Mix ground beef well with chopped parsley, butter, black pepper, shredded garlic and salt.
  • Model the kaftas wrapping portions of the meat on a plain and homogenized board or surface.
  • Place the kaftas in a barbecue or in a preheated oven between 180º â‚¢ and 200º â‚¢.
