Carefully weigh all the ingredients. Wash the lemon hot and dry thoroughly. Then rub 1 teaspoon of lemon peel.

Cut the vanilla pod along and scrape out the mark.

Place lemon abrasion and vanilla pudding together with vanilla pudding, curd cheese, vanilla sugar, sugar, milk, cream and vodka in a high container.

Puree everything into a smooth mass with the hand blender.

Fill the cheesecake liqueur into an ironing bottle (300 ml capacity) using a funnel.

Serve or give away ice cold

note

The curd can settle a little when standing. So briefly shake the bottle through before being served.

200 g vanilla pudding (from the cooling shelf)

60 g of sugar
250 ml milk
100 g scene
100 ml of watery
