  • 4 steaks (about 1 cm thick)
  • 1 cup flour for breading
  • 2 or 3 beaten eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika (optional)
  • Oil for frying (enough to fill the pan up to 2 cm deep)
  • Lemon slices to accompany
