Milk rice with curd cheese is quite versatile and combines with several side dishes!

Ingredients

  • 500ml of whole milk

  • 200g of Cubs curd cheese

  • 1 cup of white rice (preferably needle type)

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  • 1/2 cup of sour cream

  • 2 cups of water

  • Grated walnut to taste

  • Salt to taste

Preparation mode

  • In a pan put the water, rice and salt to taste. Mix well and light the fire.
  • Cook until all the water dry. Wait for it to cool slightly and stir to drop the beans.
  • Add the milk and cook until creamy, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the butter or margarine, the curd cheese on cubes and stir well.
  • Sprinkle grated nuts to taste and move on until the cheese melts a little.
