Oatmeal cheese bread is a light, tasty and perfect snack for any day!
Ingredients

1 ovo

200g of mozzarella cheese (or your preference)

1/4 cup of oatmeal

1/4 cup of hot water

3/4 cup of sweet stroke

Salt to taste
Preparation mode
- In a container put the grated cheese and the oatmeal. Mix well and set aside.
- Mix the flour and salt in another container. Add hot water and mix again.
- Add the egg, the mixture of cheese and oats and stir with your hands until a smooth and soft dough.
- With your hands greased with butter or margarine model cheese breads.
- Put the cheese breads with space between them in a form greased with butter or margarine.
- Bake the bread in the preheated oven at 180º ₢ for about 30 minutes or until they golden.
- Once roasted let them cool just before taking them out of the shape and the breads are ready to serve.
