Oatmeal cheese bread is a light, tasty and perfect snack for any day!

Ingredients

  • 1 ovo

  • 200g of mozzarella cheese (or your preference)

  • 1/4 cup of oatmeal

  • 1/4 cup of hot water

  • 3/4 cup of sweet stroke

  • Salt to taste

Preparation mode

  • In a container put the grated cheese and the oatmeal. Mix well and set aside.
  • Mix the flour and salt in another container. Add hot water and mix again.
  • Add the egg, the mixture of cheese and oats and stir with your hands until a smooth and soft dough.
  • With your hands greased with butter or margarine model cheese breads.
  • Put the cheese breads with space between them in a form greased with butter or margarine.
  • Bake the bread in the preheated oven at 180º â‚¢ for about 30 minutes or until they golden.
  • Once roasted let them cool just before taking them out of the shape and the breads are ready to serve.
