Ingredients

  • 500g of boiled potatoes

  • 100g of cornstarch

  • 50g of grated cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Knead the cooked potatoes well in a container. Place salt, cornstarch, grated cheese. Mix and knead until smooth.
  • Roll out the dough in a smooth, sanitized bench sprinkled with corn starch. Use the side of a knife to tighten the sides of the dough and leave it in rectangular shape.
  • Cut the dough in half and then cut the sticks with the thickness of approximately 1 finger to 1 finger and a half.
  • Place in a large oil skillet in enough to cover the toothpicks. Light the high heat and wait for it to be very hot.
  • Carefully add some sticks to the hot oil and let it fry until golden and crispy.
