Prepare easy non-alcoholic Pina Coladas for the Eurovision grandstand
Inspired by Finland’s Eurovision song, the good old pina colada has become a hit drink again. You can conveniently make a non-alcoholic version of it, which even the smallest Käärijä fans in the family will like. If you want, you can of course spice up the drinks for adults, but this gives you an excellent base for your drink.
Pina Colada – Mocktail
- ½ pineapple in chunky chunks
- 3 dl ananasmehua
- 2 dl coconut milk
- a touch of vanilla
- ice cubes
- Place the pineapple chunks in a freezer box or bag and freeze for at least a few hours or overnight.
- Add the iced pineapples, cold pineapple juice, coconut milk and a dash of vanilla to a blender. Grind until smooth.
- If you wish, decorate the drinking glasses with, for example, a slice of pineapple and a sprig of mint. If desired, steel with light rum.
- Serve with ice cubes.
