
Rhubarb-strawberry syrup is easy to make. It can be used in drinks as well as with pancakes, flatbreads and ice cream.
For rhubarb strawberry syrup, you only need four ingredients, rhubarb, strawberry, water and sugar. These are boiled and then the syrup is ready to be bottled. This lovely flavored syrup is used to make summer’s number one drinks. For example, mix with milk and make a wonderful rhubarb-strawberry milk. Or how would sparkling water flavored with this syrup sound. Try adding vanilla ice cream, milk and rhubarb syrup to the blender and make a wonderful milkshake.

Rhubarb-strawberry syrup
Ingredients
- 100 g rhubarb
- 100 g strawberries (frozen also works)
- 2 dl water
- 2 dl table sugar
Manufacturing

Add all the ingredients to the pot.

Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Strain the syrup into a clean (sealable) glass bottle.

Store in the refrigerator.
Tip!
The rhubarb-strawberry syrup will keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
