If you are still looking for a gift idea for Christmas, you should make this snowman spread yourself. The recipe is so delicious and so easy to prepare at the same time!

Vanilla spread for Christmas

Making your own spread is nothing unusual, even if it is always a good gift idea that almost everyone is happy about. But have you ever eaten snowman spread? Personally, I don’t, at most once with speculoos spread and roasted almond spread many years ago. The snowman, on the other hand, is actually a vanilla spread and is perfect as a Christmas gift! I love it and look forward to giving it as a gift soon!

It’s so easy to make the spread yourself:

Instructions

1

Chop the white chocolate into coarse pieces and slowly melt it together with the butter in a water bath over low heat. Be careful not to set the temperature too high, otherwise the chocolate may burn and become lumpy, preventing it from combining well with the butter.

2

Once the chocolate has completely melted, stir in the packet of vanilla sugar and remove the mixture from the heat. Now gradually add the cream cheese a spoonful at a time and stir vigorously. It’s best to use a hand mixer to beat the mixture until it’s nice and fluffy and creamy.

3

Stir the cream until there are no lumps and the cream cheese is completely melted into the chocolate-butter mixture.

4

When everything is well mixed, pour the cream into a jar, close it tightly and put it in the fridge to set.

5

Using glass makers, draw a snowman face on the jar and tie a bow around the lid.

6

The chocolate cream can be eaten immediately, but I recommend letting it rest for at least 24 hours. Then the consistency will become a little firmer.
