Ingredients
- 4x 0.3 L beer mug*
- 240 g canned apricots
- 1 pack of yellow jelly*
- 100g sugar
- 750 ml water
- 250 g whipped cream
- 1 Packung Sahnesteif
- 1/2 pack of vanilla pudding powder
- 250 ml milk
- 40g sugar

Instructions
Drain the apricots and cut them into small cubes.
Divide half of the cubes evenly into 5 glasses. Mix jelly and 100 g sugar in a saucepan. Stir in 1 liter of cold water.
Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved (do not let it boil). Fill the jars to just under half full with the jelly mixture.
The remaining jelly in the pot should be left at room temperature. Place the jars in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
After this time, distribute the remaining apricot pieces into the glasses. Pour the remaining liquid jelly to about 2-3 cm below the rim of the glasses. Place the jars in the refrigerator overnight.
Mix the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions, but double the amount of sugar. Then let the pudding cool down.
Beat the whipped cream with a hand mixer and add the cream stiffener according to the package instructions.
Remove the skin from the pudding if it has formed and gradually add 6 tablespoons of the pudding to the whipped cream. Continue stirring with the mixer.
Spread the vanilla cream over the jelly and keep the sweet beer cold until serving.
