Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 500 g of beef (loin or similar)
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 eggs
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • tomato sauce or ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chili pepper

Easy procedure to make chorrillana

  1. In a frying pan, heat enough oil and fry the peeled potatoes cut into sticks. Remove and place it on absorbent paper.
