Today I’m going to show you simple rainbow skewers with fruit. Summer is just around the corner and we need the right summer snacks for the next party or meeting with friends. Today I have another super simple recipe for rainbow skewers with fruit for you that is still visually impressive. So you have little work and still have a big WOW effect!

My rainbow fruit skewers are super easy to make. Here is the recipe for my fruit skewers:

Ingredients

  • Blueberries
  • Purple grapes
  • Kiwi
  • Pineapple
  • Charentais-Melone
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Shish kebab skewers
  • Fruit yogurt for dipping

Instructions

1

Start by washing blueberries, grapes, raspberries, and strawberries for our rainbow fruit skewers. If necessary, remove the stems or skewers.

2

Peel kiwi, pineapple and Charentais melon. Halve the kiwi and slice it to create semicircles. Cut the melon and pineapple into cubes.

3

Now thread everything onto the skewers. A recommended order would be: blueberry, grape, kiwi, pineapple, Charentais melon, strawberry and finally the raspberry.

4

Now your rainbow skewers are ready! You can freeze them in the freezer or serve them immediately with some fruit yoghurt, vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce. The rainbow skewers with fruit also taste delicious on their own.

Colorful rainbow skewers with fruit

And voilĂ , the summer rainbow fruit skewers are ready! What do you think about the result? Personally, I really like the order as the skewers shine in beautiful rainbow colors. Of course you could also skewer them in a colorful and wild way, but I like this orderly version a little better. They’re almost too pretty to eat, don’t you think? How would you arrange your fruit skewers? And what would you dip them in?

If that wasn’t enough, then try my other recipes, such as my frozen grapes, my watermelon cactus peel with fruit salad filling or watermelon slush with only two ingredients.
