Yield: 4 arepas

Preparation time: 45 minutes


  • 2 cups of pre-cooked corn flour
  • 2 cups of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
