  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 500 gr of minced meat (can be beef, pork or chicken)
  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

How to make zucchini stuffed with minced meat in the oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cut the zucchini in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out the pulp with a spoon, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Reserve the extracted pulp.
