You can make them yourself so easily:

Tarte flambée pretzel sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pretzel stick
  • 2 TL Creme fraîche
  • 1 handful of grated cheese
  • 2 tsp diced ham
  • 1 TL Lauchzwiebel
  • Pinch of salt, pepper

Instructions

1

For the gratinated pretzel sticks, the frozen pastry must first be defrosted at room temperature.

2

Next, the bars are flattened on a board with a little flour, thus slightly increasing the surface area.

3

Now place the frozen pretzel sticks on an oven rack lined with baking paper and spread with crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper as needed. Don’t overdo it with the salt or leave it out completely, as the ham cubes are usually already very salty.

4

Distribute the grated cheese and diced ham on the pretzel sticks. Cut the spring onions into rings and sprinkle on top.

5

Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

6

Then take it out and eat it warm or cold.
