Recently we had another birthday – with the theme unicorn as a cake wish. In addition to a delicious unicorn cake with a berry filling, I also baked super simple unicorn cupcakes. For this I simply used unicorn cupcake wrappers. They are reusable and turn normal standard muffins into eye-catchers in no time at all.

At first I baked muffins in muffin paper cups and used my muffin tin for that. This way the muffins keep their shape and don’t get too flat. Then I let them cool down and put them in the unicorn wrappers. By the way, these can be adjusted in three widths! I have linked everything you need below.

That’s how it’s done – bake super simple unicorn cupcakes – children’s birthday party idea

Make super easy unicorn cupcakes yourself

For the dough, mix the butter and sugar together thoroughly and then mix in the eggs one at a time. Then add the cream cheese and then the flour and baking powder. Then all you have to do is fold in the blueberries. Distribute the dough in the molds and bake it for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees top and bottom heat.

Immediately after baking, remove the muffins from the muffin tin and let them cool on a wire rack. Then you can cover them with white couverture and sprinkle with unicorn sprinkles.

After everything has set, I simply put the unicorn cupcakes in the wrappers. Complete! By the way, I already have the cupcake wrappers at home as dinosaurs. You can find a recipe for Dino Muffins here. The wrappers are made of really stable material and can be used several times without any problems.

Have fun while celebrating,

Jutta
