You may know it – at the end of every old year or at the beginning of every new year, many people make resolutions – for the coming time.
But why do you always have to limit the whole thing to the beginning of the year? You can also simply define/make small goals during the year and tackle new things, right? ๐Ÿ˜‰

I was in the mood for something new again. But somehow I still lacked the inspiration… There came PILOT on the topic mindfulness just around the corner at the right time ๐Ÿ˜Š A topic that is currently very trendy! mindfulness/self-care or in English Mindfulness means nothing other than: Consciously living in the present moment while reducing stress ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

And to make it easier for me to get into the topic and stay on the ball, I thought I’d make a little challenge out of it. Namely the 30 Take Challenge.
This consists of one boxby himself 30 cards condition. Stand on these 30 cards 30 small challenges (tasks)that can easily be incorporated into everyday life. Such as “Write down 5 things you like about yourself.” โ€žDance like nobodyยดs watching.โ€œ or “Compliment 3 people.” ๐Ÿ˜Š

As you can see, I’ve had mine back on this project for a long time lettering skills ๐Ÿ˜ I really enjoyed playing with letters, words and colors again!

I have the cards with the FriXion pens* from PILOT designed. Either you already know them from everyday life or from mine DIY pregnancy journal from 4 years ago. They write like gel pens, but with the ingenious feature that you can use this ink at any time erase and write over it again with the same pen – comparable to a pencil and eraser.
What I want to say is, if you make a mistake or don’t like it – just erase it and write/paint it again ๐Ÿ˜‰

Step-by-step instructions for DIY 30 Day Challenge Box: Mindfulness

You need:
FriXion pens*
Papier
pen + ruler
Scissors
box with lid

    • cut 30 cards – that fit in your box
    • encircle the cards with a FriXion Point Clicker

    • write the 30 day challenge tasks on the 30 cards with the FriXion Point Clicker or FriXion Ball 0.7 Tintenroller in your desired colors
      • 1. Hug a person you care about.
      • 2. Curl up with your favorite beverage.
      • 3. Just sleep in.
      • 4. Dance like nobodyยดs watching.
      • 5. Treat yourself to your favorite food.
      • 6. Buy yourself something nice.
      • 7. Slow Morning.
      • 8. Take a walk.
      • 9. Sing along to your favorite song loudly.
      • 10. Go through the day smiling.
      • 11. Compliment 3 people.
      • 12. Put your smartphone aside for 1 hour.
      • 13. Buy your favorite flowers.
      • 14. Write down 3 things you are grateful for.
      • 15. Work out for 10 minutes.
      • 16. Watch your favorite movie.
      • 17. Help another person.
      • 18. Write down 3 things that make you happy.
      • 19. Listen to music that makes you happy.
      • 20. Call up a person you haven’t spoken to in a long time.
      • 21. Sit at your favorite coffee shop and treat yourself.
      • 22. Consciously enjoy the moment.
      • 23. Send love to someone via postcard/letter.
      • 24. Do a breathing exercise for 5 minutes.
      • 25. Smile at at least 5 strangers.
      • 26. Write down 3 goals that you still want to achieve this year.
      • 27. Stretch for 10 minutes.
      • 28. Grant yourself a wish.
      • 29. Write down 5 things you like about yourself.
      • 30. Do something you loved as a kid.
    • mark important words with a FriXion Light in your choice of colour.

You just take the materials and sit down for 1-2 hours in one evening and yours is done DIY 30 Day Challenge Box: Mindfulness ๐Ÿ˜Š
You decide whether you simply proceed chronologically and work through the 30 cards from top to bottom or draw a card out of the box at random. I leave that to you ๐Ÿ˜‰
